#Ugandans complain that students perform badly in English on national exams, here you go!

You might want to watch the video.  It says "Janet Museveni: Education ministry to encourage teaching that emphasises critical thinking". STOP.

Mrs. Janet Kataha Kaguta Museveni has a Masters Degree in something. I forget but it is one of those fake useless fundamentalist Christian Universities that gave her the graduate degree apparently in Administration.

AHA. It is an MBA in Administration after she had raped Karamoja as Minister for Karamoja and immensely enriched her riding in Ruhaama.  You need to go there and see the superb hospital, roads, schools and massive wealth in each household. I hear they all drive brand new Range Rovers and their kids attend Kitante or Namilyango (some other foreign schools but I digress).

While questions still linger about Janet’s Makerere University’s degree in Education, she is on record for saying she did not write any national exams in Uganda or the equivalent even in Seattle like Peter Ssematimba.  Not A’Level, not O’Level, no PLE (someone check into the PLE please).

Now you see.  This goes to tell you that you do not need an education in order to pass PLE, UCE, UACE. Neither do you need education to get a degree from the Ivory Tower in Education.  What is even amazing is you do not need to know anything about Public Administration in order to be the Minister of Karamoja which received a one-time donation of something like $140 million to rebuild itself after some cassava stealers, bank robbers and chicken thieves had cattle rustled the place to nothing.

Did you need even A’level to become a member of parliament?  Nope.
But you become the Minister of Education in charge of all education institutions in one of the most populous countries with a 75% youth population that pumps out 80,000 – 100,000 degree holders per year employing not even 20% of them but boasting of job creation as maids, houseboys and sex slaves.  Hallelujah!
This is your year people. Congratulations to the UACE graduates and the now soon to be Jobless Brotherhood members of Makerere University class of 2017 67th anniversary graduation.

Hey UCU and IUIU, you are not safe.  Your turn is coming. I am sure I will find something in the monkey tree about you too.  TEACH your kids to write for crying out loud.

Just kidding. Education is over rated. So is good writing.  See the statement below and she is your Minister. Hehehe.  Omuntu alabye!

First Lady Janet Kataaha Museveni has finally announced her retirement from Parliament, stating that she is not standing again to contest for the Ruhaama MP seat.
Mrs Museveni who is also the State Minister for Karamoja Affairs has represented the Ruhaama people for two terms.
Full Statement:
The people of Ruhaama my friends The Leaders, Ladies and Gentlemen, The Youth and all you who are listening to me I greet you all in love and thank you for the work you do on a daily basis.
I thank you so much because of the evident work that you do in food production, feeding your families well and income generating projects.
I know that now many of the homes have some income and that is evident in the modern homes that have come up.
Above all I thank God who has enabled you to do this work. Now, friends, what I want to say to you today is something I have been thinking and praying about for some time.
I have sought God’s guidance and assurance about it. Therefore I now have no doubt at all in my mind that this is what God intended for me in this season; that in the coming elections of 2016, I will not offer myself as a candidate for Ruhaama Constituency Parliamentary seat.
However, for now, I am still serving until the end of my term. Therefore, I would like you to stay calm because I am still here, but I want you all to know that I will not stand in 2016.
It was important for me that you do not hear it as a rumour, I wanted to give you this information personally and this is what I have done.
It is my prayer that God grants you peace and blessings always. My plea is that you understand me and accept this message with grace. I want us to remain united and together pray for Ruhaama during the coming elections. I also pray that Ruhaama will stay peaceful so that we continue to develop our area as we have been doing.
