Toli mwaavu; mutwe gwo - #Uganda Business Ideas Part 8

What is stopping you Series? Part 8
Mbu Tusaba Government Etuyambe!
Today I had chat with someone who inspired to write this post, the person has been working in this company for some years, however he has reached a point of where he can't add onto his productivity level or even think innovatively but JUST SURVIVE.
Survive not to be fired, survive to pay bills, survive not to called unemployed but when you critically look at him he is finished.
So, when we discussed he told me am looking for an opportunity to jump out of this place.
You see many working-class people especially in these so called corporate organisations are in the same situation going to places of work that they hate but there is nothing to do because man has to survive. The bosses are not helping just looking for faults and a portion blame without any effort to see change.
Let me drive my point home with a "child in womb theory ".
A baby is happy and comfortable in the womb for nine months... after nine months, the baby can't take the womb any more... there is nothing wrong with the womb, but the baby has outgrown the womb and has to go out...
Some of you have overstayed in some places 6-10 -15 years of service 😅😅😅... there is nothing wrong with the place, but you have outgrown that place and need to get out. Don't let no one make you feel guilty for leaving, you are not despising the place, you just don't fit anymore... Yes, it is the same place that made you grow to what you are, but that doesn't mean you have to stay there forever... now that you have grown... get out...
I know some people will say, "I made you what you are, you can't leave..."... "Yes, I appreciate that you made me, but I have grown now and this place is too small... I am not leaving you, I am leaving this place... Thank you for what you did, but I am out of hear..." even parents who love you much, there comes a time when they have to let you go. You are not disrespecting them, but you don't fit in their house anymore.
In fact, overstaying in the womb is a hazard both to the baby and the mother... You wonder how and why things are not improving for you? You have overstayed beyond how far that place can help you, get out.
Decide, pray, and act. Wallahi, sometimes what you are afraid of doing is the very thing that will set you free.
