#Uganda #Terrorists attacked Dr. Stella Nyanzi @StateHouseUg @KagutaMuseveni @IGPUganda @PoliceUg @aKasingye

The NRM terrorist organization has kidnaped Dr. Stella Nyanzi and she is being held at Jinja police cave. Dr. Stella Nyanzi has been charged with breaking cyber harassment crime. The act does not specify which word or words are considered obscene but again it depends on who such obscenity is directed towards.
Certain words have become illegal in Uganda and permission must be granted by the terrorist organization, the NRM to be uttered. Words like VIGINA, cannot be uttered without permission even though such words are part of the English language. Dr. Nyanzi was alleged to have directed such words to the NRM terrorist organization so called minister of education Janet Museveni.
Janet Museveni is on the record stating that she had forgiven Dr. Nyanzi and what crime has she committed after the one who was offended publicly forgave her and that forgiveness had no expiration date. Now we know that when these people say, you're forgiven, you better get yourself ready to be kidnaped and later charged.
The leader of the NRM terrorist organization Yoseri Kayibanda Museveni is on record for illegally violating cyber harassment law by using the word ANUS and no arrest or reprimand or even forgiveness was given by those he offended. Many youth especially those supporting NRM have on so many occasions used vulgar words on social media but no arrests or kidnaping ever happened.
Many Kinyarwanda names are considered obscene specifically from the central region. Names such as Habyarimana, Ngabiramana, Manayetu are all obscene words or names to us but who has the right to arrest such people for their obscenity names. This terrorist regime cannot legislate morality and we demand the immediate release of Dr. Stella Nyanzi unconditionally.

IF YOU COME ACROSS SOMEONE WITH SUCH NAMES OR SIMILAR IN PRONUNCIATION CALL KAYIHORROR

HABYARIMANA
NGABIRAMANA
MANAYETU
MUHOROMANA
KAGUTAMANA

SUCH OR SIMILAR NAMES ARE AGAINST CYBER LAWS IN UGANDA.
STOP THE MADNESS.
