#Uganda #AprilRevolution update - @IGPUganda @aKasingye @PoliceUG @StateHouseUg

#AprilRevolution from TVO’s Facebook
As we approach the first day of people's action, the regime is warned that, the #AprilRevolution committee, (arc) reserves the right to deploy any option including but not limited to armed struggle,, should it be deemed necessary at any stage.
Millions of Ugandans set to lose millions of shillings of their money, in a politically motivated sim card registration.  Only hope: #AprilRevolution
WAWOOOO!!!

62,411 of my followers out of 120,634 so far have responded to the call to change their profile photo to that of free dr. Stella Nyanzi.. Whoever is underestimating the resolve of Ugandans, right now, is in for a big shock...aluta continua.
THIS IS THE SCARE MESSAGE THE REGIME IS NOW SPREADING VIA WHATSAPP.....IGNORE THEM, THEY ARE THE CRIMNINALS AND KIFEESI.
"Beware:
Tom Voltaire Okwalinga, aka TVO in conjunction with the Kifesi vagabonds are planning to terrorise masses as it has been happening in Masaka and in other parts of western Uganda. The vice is just beginning. It's shocking that Dr. KB, Ingrid, Nganda, Munyagwa, Lukwago, Segirinya etc... are part of it to burn down Kampala, Wakiso and Mukono. They have targeted to kill, rob or beat the rich, villagers, politicians, security personnel and students. They have started dropping leaflets about a perceived *April Revolution*! Be part in maintaining peace and security in the country and apprehend whoever you see with a leaflet bearing writings about April Revolution and immediately report to Police.
The threat is real and therefore be watchful. Security starts with you.
Share to save lives!"
"SENDING SOLDIERS TO PROTECT SOMALIS, WHILE SENDING THEM TO MASSACRE UGANDANS IN KASESE"-PRIEST SEEMED TO BE TELLING DICTATOR MUSEVENI AT LUBAGA
----------- The above is from TVO’s Facebook -----------
Repeatedly Rabba Naga has warned Political Opposition not to send out their supporters to get killed.  I am in agreement with Rabba.
Everytime Uganda youth have gone out, they have been arrested, shot at or end up being tortured beyond measure.  Rabba says that every time supporters are sent out and get killed, it demoralises the population of their supporters.
Since I have done Project Management in the past and Risk Management, does TVO have a contingency plan or does he expect people to go out and just get shot dead?  This is a very dangerous approach given that in 2016 when a few went out to protest the stolen elections, many ended up in safe houses and coolers with no legal support whatsoever.  We also did not have a Jail Break plan in place.
Opposition can make all the noise on Social Media as they want, and with most of them being safely out of the firing range but these kids have parents and friends.
I am not dissuading Ugandans from going out kesho but stop and think who will be there to rescue you as you get arrested or kidnapped or shot dead.
Opposition will have to get more organised and realise that contingency plans are a must in such a big struggle.  We are banking on UPDF and UPF and other security organisations to join this revolution but has anyone thought about the fact that they might get court martialed or go months without being paid while they have families to feed and school fees to pay?

Honestly the people I think who could help this cause are Gen. Mugisha Muntu, Hon. John Amama Mbabazi and Gen. Sejusa who all have a lot of experience with President Yoweri Museveni’s madness but you all hate them.
You also have people who specialise in Risk Mitigation but you hate them because they challenge you on your tactics.
DO NOT GO OUT until you see a solid plan of how your sorry ass will be rescued or you will also end up in a mass grave and we will move on to Stella or to the Sim Cards or even to Operation Wealth Creation!
