Broken #Museveni promises landed Stella Nyanzi in prison and now world watches @IGPUganda

It is time for a Ugandan People's Revolution. Time to save the Motherland and Ourselves from Destruction. Time to loose fear, like Stella Nyanzi, and do the needful!
[A Free Uganda Tribute to Stella Nyanzi and to all those citizens who are sacrificing all to save the Motherland from impending national catastrophe. Published by Dr Vincent Magombe, Secretary Free Uganda Leadership Committee and Press Secretary FU - 12/04/2017]
Ugandan Dictator Yoweri Museveni and is wife Janet Museveni, as well as their hatchet man, General Kale Kayihura will be held personally accountable for the gross violations of the human rights of Dr Stella Nyanzi and of all Ugandan citizens.
Free Uganda (FU), the pro-democracy campaign organisation, wishes to thank Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and other local as well as international human rights organisations for helping to expose the incredible abuse of the rights and freedoms of Ugandan people.
The question to ask is where is the voice of ICC in all this? When will ICC hold the Musevenis and the likes of General Kale Kayihura to account?
Already Uganda has been the scene of several state-sponsored genocides, the latest one being the massacre by Museveni operatives of innocent citizens, including children, women and the elderly in the palace of King Mumbere in Kasese, Western Uganda. There have also transpired innumerable brutal murders, torture, illegal kidnappings and arrest of innocent citizens.
Why is the United Nations quiet about Museveni and his murder gangs in Uganda?
Why are many international institutions and governments not giving Uganda the same attention and treatment as they are doing elsewhere? Don't  Ugandan lives matters like the lives of other human beings elsewhere?
Perhaps, it is us Ugandans who are making a mistake when we keep waiting for answers from foreign lands?
Isn't it time we Ugandans woke up ad realised that the world has stopped to care about our problems? Is it not the time for us to acknowledge the bitter truth that few foreign institutions and governments will dare to challenge Museveni and his murder gangs on our behalf?
So, what are we waiting for?
Isn't this time for all Ugandans, from all ethnic, religious, social and cultural backgrounds, from all political inclinations, to come together as a nation and save ourselves from the darkness?
Uganda is our beloved Motherland, and, surely, it is our noble duty, all of us, to stand up and save Her from destruction.
It is time for a Ugandan People's Revolution!
The Struggle Continues.

Fury over arrest of academic who called Uganda's president a pair of buttocks

The detention of a prominent feminist academic for criticising the Ugandan president on Facebook has been widely condemned by human rights groups. Stella Nyanzi, one of Uganda's most controversial academics and activists, called president Yoweri Museveni "a pair of buttocks" and his wife, Janet, who is education minister, "empty-brained" in posts on her Facebook page.
