A gentleman in USA has been annoying me for being a Canadian and I told him that we are gonna build a wall and make Mexico pay for it. He actually is not that bad but he is a Jesuser and I am a Were were.
Then I told him that Canada sung for USA when their mic failed at a big hockey game in Toronto. Then I checked to see if America ever sung for Canada and I was so sure that Americans are much too arrogant to ever sing our anthem.
OMG, they did. After we got the terrorist attack. But why even USA and Canada cannot get along when we both sing the national anthems and eat hot dogs and share the same waters from the Great Lakes and we go off just being so very nasty to each other yet we welcome each other like cousins.
Imagine if USA and Canada cannot see eye to eye, then how can we expect the world to see eye to eye.
The world has lost total orientation of the bearings of who we are. Both countries are so bloody cold and we all skate and play hockey and camp out, fish, play baseball, eat Smores and just plain love hot coffee while hobbling all over with all the kids to go sports or schools so that our kids can be the next investment bankers on Bay Street and Wall Street or perhaps be the next animated producer on Pixar or at Disney.
AND in the end they will all likely sing "Hakuna Matata, it means no worries.."
When you see Canadian fans singing for America in Toronto, it will humble you. Then when you see America singing for Canada after the attack, you will know that we are related by blood. May God Bless Canada and no one else. Except maybe He could also bless America and remember the other god forsaken places like Uganda.
