Odrek Rwabwogo is a tool of deception, trying to detect silent voices of dissent

The illegitimate regime has become so desperate that it has now deployed the notorious son-in-law of Yoweri Museveni , a one Odrek Rwabwogo, to toss around some words of heavy criticism of Yoweri Museveni, in the hope that those people in the NRM party and security forces who are silently yawning for change, may silently contact and jump on the Rwabwogo bandwagon, and in the process get exposed, and be sidelined or even eliminated.

This mission of dissent detection is highly financed, and there are a number of people who have already fallen victim of it and are busy mobilising against Museveni on behalf of Rwabwogo.  However, soon  these unsuspecting individuals who include a junior minister, are headed for a big shock from the master of deception Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

In the past, Museveni used the late Kazini, Salim Saleh and Kasirye Ggwanga to fish for voices of dissent especially in the army, and in 1987, Ggwanga caused the arrest of Baganda army officers and politicians, whom he tricked into a fake coup plot at a house in Busega and ended up recording their voices and, Museveni got the opportunity of purging the UFM officers, whom he feared would rebel against him at a later stage.

Salim Saleh also deceived a number of NRA officers in 1989, that they help him overthrow Museveni, when he was army commander, and these did not know that he was testing dissent, and these ended up being fired and others like Ahmed Kashillingi and Chihandae ended up being arrested.

Forewarned is forearmed, look out for Rwabwogo deception.
