#Museveni calls for anarchy, wages war on #BodaBoda, attacks @IGPUganda @PoliceUg

He says if you see anyone on a motor cycle who looks suspicious, stop your car, get out and shoot them.

Hence declaring anarchy and war on boda bodas since the coutry has become a boda boda economy.

You find many professionals who are low paid, cannot get nobs or go many months with no jobs.  They buy notor cycles and go into thais taxi sort of business.

The 87% unemployment level for graduates also meams many go into this business.

Far too many Ugandans sell their land or cattle or both so that they can go into the boda boda business.

In fact many of them are the riders and passengers are plentiful.

SUSPICIOUS:  Please define this word.  Given that the law requirez them to wear helmets, how wi you know who is suspicious and who is not?  It is a fact that the killers are specialised but go right ahead and shoot at whoever is looking at you funny.

I told you one time they would come for you too.

He goes ahead and tells Uganda Police and Central Intelligence Department / Central Investigation Department to Clean House.

He says police arrest those who report crimes instead of reporting criminals.  They arrest witnesses instead of arresting the perpetrators.

I read this statement as a condemnation of Kayihura and Akullo. I would be very very careful if I were them.

As a matter of fact, the security and intelligent forces are now all a dark cloud of mistrust, fear and intrigue.  This is the perfect set up for shit to hit the fan.
