JOB DESCRIPTION get rid of all the vendors, traders and hawkers off the streets. Demolish all "illegal kiosks and arrest anyone who dares to earn an income on the streets or in a market. We might face the market burning down too". Get rid of all the schools in the city. Push people into slums and have them get sick and die of preventable and treatable diseases. Surely 50,000 people can share toilets and bathrooms. We need a shopping arcade and hotel more than we need a school. By the way, we forgot to read the fine print when we handed over Kampala to "investors". Just to propagate semi illiteracy, we will tax private schools so that the school fees are too high for the average #Ugandan to afford. After all, our investors need cheap labour and the less educated, the better. Shut down all the schools as education is no longer needed in the country. If you feel that your kids deserve education, then send them to UK, USA and India. You could also think about Canada.
