Mao flew to Nairobi because Mulago hospital could not treat his malaria / pneumonia.  Dr. Otunnu flew to UK recently for something not disclosed.  Museveni's kids fly to Germany to have babies.  Besigye and Namobooze have been treated in South Africa. This past week, one Ivan Kyayonka was treated in Nairobi (RIP).  Currently, one Mutebile is in South Africa flown there from Uganda in critical condition because even the private Nakesero hospital had to refer him elsewhere.   Pray tell me.  What happens to the average Ugandan?  This question is crucial if you want me to join your party and participate in your campaign.

Cut out the jokes some of you.  I am watching many #Ugandans say "yes. let those Ugandans return to their motherland Uganda".  Pray tell me, you have 84% unemployment. Exactly what will you do with us when we return home? Keeping in mind that many of us will also take away some jobs. Your pay is pathetic. Your hospitals are crumbling with nothing.  Your roads, omg, you need a canoe in Kampala when it rains.  Our children cannot study under mango trees.  Some of you are waiting for the ones in the diaspora to lynch them for speaking out their minds or even whacking some dead thinking they have money (yeah, one brother killed his own brother over sh. 40 million).  We even have no land, a lot of our land has been given away. Lake Vic was sold so we cannot even go fishing or swimming (maybe crocodiles are a factor as well).  The number of fires in the country are shocking. Do you read your own news?  There is no food for all of us, many are going to sleep with no food.  Your drinking water has bacteria in it. Apparently you fly people to Nairobi for malaria treatment. Too many terrorists in your country, well read your terror alerts and your news.  You even recently bought surface to air missiles, supposing you shoot down the plane on which we are arriving in.  Do you want me to continue?
