Unpaid salaries - teachers, nurses, doctors, army, police, etc.
Medicine in hospitals is lacking and so is equipment
Schools are in dire need of help unless of course you are among the few who go to private schools
Roads are in a pathetic state in most of the country
Unemployment of some 84% and most are youth and graduates. Think about 10 million for now
So tell us please, how much money does Uganda owe to foreign lenders? Which ones? What is the interest rate? What are the terms of payment?
There are many foreign investors in Uganda. What are the terms for them? The ones who got our lands, what is the lease period for the lands and the terms?
How much money does Uganda have as of now? What are our BOP (balance of payments)?
How much do we export monthly and please specify the goods and services. How much do we import monthly, also specify the goods and services.
If you cannot answer the above questions, then you are dreaming big time. The people are awake. Your good looks and charm will not pay our people or our lenders.
