Today July 16, 2014, I met David Hawley and Lisa in Scoudouc (Moncton New Brunswick Canada). It was a meeting I consider priceless. I got to understand what is going on at Pearson College. I am now super charged for our college. Do you know that a UWC experience arms us for life? We have all benefited from the college. So our challenge is for us to raise enough money to erase the deficit and do more to ensure that the college can continue providing an exceptional experience for all future students. From year 14 and year 15, our own kids could be there...some are there. Never leave anyone behind. Most especially, never leave behind the school which gave us the voices to speak as we do and help our own countries or our communities. Do you know that despite everything going on in the world, it is still you. You and you can make a difference. Start where you stand and start with your community. Hopefully Pearson College is in that circle. Many of you who follow me on Social Media know that I am trying for Uganda...but remember, no one is free till we are all free. No one is fed fully till everyone has enough food on their plate. No one will ever be wealthy till we lift everyone out of poverty. Never leave anyone behind and most especially, let everyone you meet walk away with a gift from you (even a smile...Mother Theresa). We have a lot of work and I hope you are all inspired the way I feel today after meeting Lisa and David... PEACE. La lute continua. You can donate to UWC Pearson to help our college and provide for future scholarships. Links will follow this message. For future students (2015) please book mark the link which will continue. UWC schools and scholarships are independent of your country politics. We have a selection committee in every country and we work outside of your political system. Take a chance, you will never regret it. I am available for Questions via Social Media but all my information is also on the internet (google search "martha leah nangalama").
