Relying on Standardized Tests Will Make You Lose Talented People.

One time, in one of the many development courses a former employer paid for (that company is to die for). I had to do a Myers Briggs Test.  Would you just believe it.  I came out as an Introvert.  These standardized tests are totally messed up one can skew them to anyway they feel.  Me Introvert?  Mama mia.  Anyway, I try the same test 5ys later and I come out as an Extrovert  (holly crap, I had been toning down the attitudo).  Goes to tell you, do not trust standardized tests.  The employers who were looking for Extroverts would have missed me the first time around.  The ones who were looking for Introverts would have missed me the first time around.  PLEASE IF YOU ARE IN A POSITION OF HIRING, DO NOT RELY ON STANDARDIZED TEST RESULTS. YOU WILL MISS MANY BY RELYING ON THESE TESTS.
